The National Telehealth Service is New Zealand's largest helpline and online service and is redefining how to deliver health services in the modern age. 

As the lead Service Architect I had an:

External focus included relationship building with government and incumbent providers to oversee the transition of services whilst providing ‘business as usual’. 

Internal focus included full design and development of budget, innovative model of care, team hierarchy, job descriptions and recruitment, policy and procedure framework, training and main point of contact for technology vendors.
